Requirement :

• Max 35 years old (1 – 26)
• Excellent communication skills and corespondence in English (1 – 26)
• Relevant education background with the position (1 – 27)
• Able to work in part of team & independent and able to work under pressure (1 – 27)
• Experienced minimum is 2 year at the same position (1 – 27)
• Able work with good work ethic, good in self-motivation, professional attitude, and have ability to handle multiple task (1 – 27)
• Experienced and familiar in Related Industry with the position (1 – 27)
• Able to use Microsoft Office application for back office position (3, 5, 8, 11, 12, 14, 17 – 21)
• Pleasing to have good in communication skill and customer relation skill (1 – 8, 10, 11, 14 – 16, 19, 21, 23, 24)
• Strong knowledge in Food & Baverage or Bar (1)
• Experience working in Beach Club is an advantage, but not mandatory (1)
• Experienced in proven electrical project with residental and commercial installations, proficient with AutoCAD, Sketch-Up software, electrical protection calculation (e.g. voltage rise) (13)
• Graduated from University or College with Barchelor Degree (13)
• Able to dealing with customers related to order/delivery/invoice/payment (19)
• Able to read a Sketch-Up file, reliaze technical document (MEP) for the contractor (25)
• Able to join immediately (1 – 27)
