Excellent communication skills and corespondence in English (1 – 11)
Relevant education background with the position (1 – 11)
Able to work in part of team & independent and able to work under pressure (1 – 11)
Experienced minimum is 3 year at the same position (1 – 11)
Fluent in English (1 – 11)
Able to read and comprehend blue prints, site plans, and topographical drawings (1)
Familiar with construction/development standards and practices (1)
Has experience in real estate sales and investments (2, 7)
Expert in Google Ads, Analytics, Mailchimp, SEP, ZOHO CRM and WordPress (4)
Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth (5)
Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures (5)
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) (5, 6)
Able to do WordPress fronted and backend development, including WooCommerce, Web Server management, Website performance, Skilled with custom js/css/html, Google Analytics setup (9)
Experience with git/bitbucket and a CI/CD environment (9)
Familiar with all the main designers tools, a working knowledge of desktop design software, such as Illustrator, motion graphic, InDesign or QuarkXPress, and image-editing packages such as Photoshop (10, 11)
Has video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, etc. (11)
Able join immediately (1 – 11)
