Your experience and skills include:
- Professional 2 years as Front Office Leader
- Passionate experience and hotel reputation
- Excellent in negotiating, and interpersonal skills
- Ability empowered team, Leadership and organizational skills
- Attention to detail, ability handling critical issue
What you will be doing:
- Lead, manage and motivate the team in order to provide high quality services to the guests
- Perform on the guest satisfaction level by initiate a recognition to build engagement to the guests, by applying Accor hospitality to gain the guest loyalty
- Assist others department to achieve targets and increase hotel revenue through promotion and sales efforts
