Requirements:
Experience as number 2 in a 3 star hotel for minimum 2 full operational years.
Or have held a Director position in a 4 star or above resort.
Possess strong commercial acumen, with a proven history in increasing profitability
Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting.
Excellent leadership skills
Exceptional communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector and market influences.
Ability to act independently to drive guest satisfaction, positive staff moral and financial success.
Indonesian national
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
At least one European Language.
Single or able to locate as single.
Experience in Scuba Diving and Activities management.
Balinese
