Standard Requirements.
Open for Local Indonesian Nationality Only (1,2,3)
Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor Degree (1,2,3)
Candidate minimum 02 years’ experience as Front Office Manager preferably gained within 4/5* hotel environment or luxury boutique villa (1)
Minimum 2 years experience in the same position preferably gained within 4/5* hotel environment or luxury boutique villa(2,3)
 2-3 years experience in Sales or Marketing (3).
Experience in management may be advantageous (1,3)
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing (3)
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills (1,2,3)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, personal performance and customer service skills (1,2,3)
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. (1,2,3)
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures (1,2,3)
Leadership, Independent and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines (1,2,3)
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service (1,2,3)
Flexible to respond to a variety of different work situations and ability to work on your own (1,2,3)
Have great negotiation and interpersonal skill (1,2,3)
Strong leadership, coaching and counseling skill (1,3)
