1. Operational Manager
Responsibilities:

• Responsible ofr the overall management if the operational of the hotel
• Inspecting all department for SOP implementation
• Fully responsible for all aspects of all departmens
• Be on available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergency
• Meet all department heads to review and from train the staff to upkeep the human capital

2. Operational Supervisor
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision of team in the assigned area of hotel operational
• Keep confingency lot in case of emergency and communicate and neccessary messages
• Report maintenance problem, accidents and safety hazzard
• Maintain confidentiality of all guest, proprietory information

3. Reservation

General requirements:

• Male/Female (1,2,3)
• At least 2 years experiences at the same position (1,2)
• Must be operate VHP (3)
• Familiar with correspondence (3)
• Customer service skill (3)
• Able to response for any inquiry and complaint (3)
• Well computerized (Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook) (3)
• Excellence hospitality grooming and attitude (1,2,3)
• Willing to work hard as team player and self motivated (1,2,3)
• Strong in leadership to manage the team (1,2)
• Eager to learn and can work underpressure (1,2,3)
• Able to join immediately
• Placement in Banyuwangi
