EXECUTIVE CHEF

Our Beach Eco-Resort & Spa is looking for a new Executive Chef with a strong experience in this field.
He/She will in charge of 3 kitchens and a team of 8 cooks.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:
 Excellent skills in cooking Indonesian, Balinese and International cuisine with a strong ability to transfer his/her
know-how to the team of cooks
 A significant experience in managing a kitchen brigade (8 cooks in total) in terms of planning, training and
solving problems
 Ability to work under HACCP hygien protocol
 Open mind, curiosity, inventivity and strong will to learn and share know-how with colleagues
 A good experience in managing F&B cost prices
 Ability to work in a management team composed of the General Manager, the F&B Manager and the Restaurant
Manager
 Fluent in Bahasa and English
 Driving license
