- Store Manager
Responsibility:
Store Manager contributes towards store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, manage inventory and cost of goods control, also labor cost. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store.
- Maintains daily, weekly and periodic financial reports.
- Ensure all cash handling and cash register functions are performed in an accurate and consistent manner.
- Ensures all company policies, store standards and procedures are communicated effectively to partners and maintained and followed in a consistent manner.
- Leading a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners.
- Develop partners to demonstrate all Starbucks customer service standards, operating standard and Star Skills.
- Resolves partner complaints and concerns and provides ongoing performance feedback.
- In particular, a majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing and scheduling), ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the store’s financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or higher degree graduates.
- Have min. 3 years of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or service industry, including min. 1 year of experience as a leader or manager.
- Self-directed and enthusiast team builder.
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong interpersonal skill with an outgoing personality and passion for customer service.
- The ability to work as part of a positive and dynamic team, who’s responsible, passionate, and committed.
- Available to work in shift hour and flexible for early morning, late evening, weekend and/or holiday time.
- Shift Supervisor
Responsibility:
Supervisor helps direct work on the floor.
Running a shift, leading a team, & making decisions that impact store
operations.
A great way to develop leadership skills &
expanded responsibility. They also help create great experiences for partners
& customers alike.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or higher degree graduates.
- Have min. 2 years of experience as a leader or supervisor in food & beverage, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or service industry.
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong interpersonal skill with an outgoing personality and customer service attitude.
- The ability to work as part of a positive and dynamic team, who’s responsible, passionate, and committed.
- Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and collaborating with Store Manager to find new, creative, and effective methods of recognition.
- Available to work in shift hour and flexible for early morning, late evening, weekend and/or holiday time.
- 3. Barista
Responsibility:
Barista really are the face of Starbucks. They
are an important part of our customers’ day, and experts in handcrafting
deliciously perfect beverages. Connecting and creating the moments that make a
difference in each person’s day.
Our baristas are responsible for delivering
legendary customer service, providing quality beverages & food products,
& maintaining a clean & comfortable work environment.
Requirements:
- Have min. 1 year of experience in food & beverage, hospitality or retail industry.
- Fresh graduate from Diploma and higher degree are welcome to apply
- Preferably from hospitality, tourism or social science major.
- Passionate candidate with high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong interpersonal skill with outgoing personality and customer service attitude.
