1) Sous Chef
Sous Chef Job Purpose:
Will lead the kitchen team and manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.Sous Chef Job Duties:
- Leads kitchen team
- Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating
- Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients
- Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
- Keeps cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours
- Hires and trains new kitchen employees to restaurant and kitchen standards
- Manages food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimises waste, plus works with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns
- Supervises all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards
- maintain kitchen organization, staff ability, and training opportunities
- Verifies that food storage units all meet standards and are consistently well-managed
- Leads menu creation
- Coordinates with restaurant management team on supply ordering, budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing

2) Chef de Partie
A Chef de Partie Job Purpose:
Assistant to the Sous Chef and reports to the Sous Chef.
CDP Job Duties:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
- Assist Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Preparing meat and fish
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Experience of kitchen equipment
- Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives
- Understandable level of English spoken and written.
- Knowledge and ability to run a section
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Ability to manage Commis Chefs
- Ability to produce good quality food in all sections
- Good oral communication
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Good level of numeracy

3) Operational Manager
Job Description:
- Manage a team of fine ladies and gentlemen
- Manage day to day operations of a hostel & a restaurant
- Handle all financial and operational reporting requirements
- Plan and manage manpower schedule
- Plan and manage the upkeep of the property with the housekeeping team
- Achieve the required financial goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Manage all social media platform
Qualifications Needed:
- At least a College Education is preferred
- Experience in management ( 2 years and above)
- Natural leader
- Strong team organisational skills
- Ability to multi task and take pressure
- Good command of English
- Accommodation to stay at work place is needed
