HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:

An HR Manager assists General Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating all HR Management program functions and drives execution strategies to meet employee needs, enable business success, and meet HR Business Plan objectives. Provides Human Resources services with autonomy, adhering to all regulations and laws to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent.

We’d like to meet you if you have integrity, solid judgment, an ethical and professional demeanour, and can handle an HR operational.

STANDARD REQUIREMENTS

• Open for local Indonesian Nationality Only
• Able to join immediately
• Minimum 2 years Experience preferably gained within 5* hotel or luxury boutique resort environment or similar business operation
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Leadership, IIndependent and able  to work under pressure
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Mature and dynamic, highly motivated and pleasant personality
• Positive attitude, proactive, organized, enthusiastic, good communication skills – personality and attention to details
• Flexible, decisive, motivated and creative
• Committed team player, smart and quick action
• Computer literate and Excellent written and oral in English.
• Flexible with working schedule
• Budget oriented
• Residence in Bali or willing to be placed and doing selection process in Bali. 

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
• Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Performs other duties as assigned
