Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 year experience in same position at 4 or 5 star property
- Preferable a degree with emphasis, in marketing, sales, public
relations and communication, business administration
- Excellent command of, English ( spoken and written ), Computer
literate, Strong administrative, leadership and organizational skills,
Diplomacy
- Able to build close and respected relationships with the management
team and good team player
- Financial acumen and competitor analysis
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with Marketing, Strategy, Marketing Plan and Yield Management
- Familiar with budget, sales reports and target
- Able to find and develop new potential business sources
- Wide network of contacts within the hospitality industry
- Active person with outgoing personality, positive attitude
- Result oriented in order to achieve targets, able to work under
pressure
