1. Head Chef
Requirements:
- Education: diploma 3 years, preferable VI or S1
- Language skill: Indonesian, English, other foreign languages
- Personality quality: Enthusiastic, highly motivated,people person, Innovative and creative, eye for detail, Team spirit, have good leadership, Good training and knowledge transfer skill
- Age range: Not less than 25 years old or not more than 45 years old
- Special responsibilites: Flexible (long) working hours, Produce & Present the dishes for Section line with the instruction,Organizes & Supervises food preparation in line with forecast
- Working experience: 3 years experience in 4 or 5 star chain hotels in the same or lower position, with International Experience.
2. Restaurant & Bar Manager
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma degree in hospitality management school or S1 Management
- Language skill: Indonesian, English, other foreign language
- Personality quality: Outgoing, highly motivated, innovative and creative, responsive, initiative, team spirit, Good leadership, Strong communication & analytical skill, Able to train
- Age range: Not less than 28 years old or not more than 36 years old
- Special responsibilites: Assists the Food & Beverage Manager and the Executive Chef with the development of new menus and prices, Assists with the selection of condiments, linens and decors used within department, Make procedural recommendation and ensure enforcement of existing policies and procedures, Prepares methods and procedures whereby food cost and supplies can be requisitioned and charged to each individual area, Prepare various costs and revenue reports, Reads and analyze reports and recommends action to be taken, Assists with development of quality control procedures and assures
- Work experience: 2 years experience in 4 or 5 star chain hotels in the same or lower position, with international experience
