• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English) (1-6)

• Excellent customer service skills (1-6)

• The ability to manage staff (1)

• Excellent business skills (1)

• The ability to communicate with people at all levels (1)

• Tact and diplomacy (1)

• Good attitude (1-6)

• Time management efficiently (1-6)

• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities (1-5)

• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices (1)

• Strong in Japanese cuisine (1)
