Topotels Jakarta is now looking for:

Corporate Finance Manager

This position will based in Jakarta but will be actively visiting our hotel units that are located across Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

Here is the detailed brief about the job ads for a Corporate Finance Manager position:

                Job Description:

1. Responsible for consolidating hotel reports for all of the Topotels Hotels & Resorts hotel units.
2. Preparation and Presentation of Periodic KPI hotel unit reports.
3. Assisting the management in decision-making by preparing financial analysis reports as per the request of management.
4. Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis.
5. Provide variance reports of financials along with detailed reasoning.
6. Assist in monthly hotel unit operations performance reviews.
7. Regularly analyze the hotel unit expenses in detail and ensure that expenses are in line with the forecasted revenue and GOP.
8. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
9. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standardized and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
10. Assist in monthly PNL review meetings, credit review meetings, and collection process of hotel unit receivables.

Qualifications:

1. Chartered accountant with +3 years of experience.
2. Solid working knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
3. Ability to analyze data and identify relevant insights.
4. Strong in MS Office especially in Excel
5. Knowledge of hotel systems such as VHP and Realta is an added advantage.
6. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
7. Good teamwork skills and ability to work effectively and contribute to a team.
8. Good presentation and influencing skills.
9. Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
10. Ability to work independently and have good initiative in a dynamic environment.
11. Self-motivated, optimistic, and energetic.
